Tracy has teamed up with the New Forest Tea Company  - a lovely family run business that ethically source premium tea to craft this flavourful recipe. The citrus flavour of the bergamot and sweetness of these shortbread is perfect and allows the aromatics to sing!

Winning 1-star recognition in this year's Great Taste Awards, The Guild of Fine Food judged, "these shortbreads look appealing and are evenly formed. On the nose, the bergamot and tea flavour are apparent. We like the flavour of the bergamot on the palate, and the tea balances the sweetness of the biscuit. We also enjoyed the buttery texture."
