You can smell the Smokey chipotles but then the raspberries come through. The sauce is a smokey fruity delight. 

The chipotle chiles, which are smoke-dried jalapeños have a smoky flavour that makes this sauce a natural as a barbecue sauce or a glaze for meat.

This is a nice variation if you're bored with tomato-based barbecue sauces.

Judges said 'This has a fabulous fruit-filled raspberry nose. It's a little thin, but what it lacks in texture it makes up for in flavour. The intense raspberry gives way to a building smoky and balanced heat from the chipotle – and a hint of smoke. It's well-seasoned, punchy, robust and flavoursome. It's not overly sweet, either, and full of ingredient integrity.'
