We make these sausages, by-hand on the premises, with locally farmed pork and locally farmed beef.
Our Pork Beef and Mr Vikki’s Chilli Jam sausage is a real favourite with many Dales Butchers customers.This sausage is a winner of multiple awards. The chilli jam gives it a delicious spicy flavour, but without making it too hot!
