Our pork belly is wonderfully marbled with a generous fat cover to help that crackling along. Rich in flavour, it’s fabulous roasted low and slow alongside root veg and apples, or sliced and glazed with Asian-style marinades.
Put aside any thoughts of the dry, tasteless pork you’ll often find in the supermarkets. Farmed just over a mile away from the shop at Mansergh Hall Farm, our free-range, high welfare pork belly is full of flavour and really succulent.
