Our free-range minced lamb is sourced from Cumbrian farms we know and trust – always free-range.
Unlike supermarket mince, we can tell you the exact cuts that go into our twice minced lamb. Shoulder – offcuts from the leg and a little bit of belly meat, meaning our minced lamb stays juicy and full of flavour. Perfect for those midweek meals, or add a little spice and make into koftas.
