In return for that slow-cooking you’ll be rewarded with a rich, sumptuous dish thats full of flavour.All of our beef is sourced from local farms, in Cumbria and North Yorkshire. It is dry-aged in our Himalayan salt chamber for maximum flavour and tenderness.
